Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils, working with Connected Innovation, have secured funding from Barclays Eagle Labs to support and scale digital technology innovation across the region. The funding will help strengthen the local networks, engage early stage start-ups, and create opportunities for founders from disadvantaged backgrounds. 2) Scientists on Norwich Research Park develop 3D printed eye lenses

5) Green freight corridor to link East Coast with Midlands
Freeport East and East Midlands Freeport announced new partnership to establish a green freight corridor along the A14. This will help decarbonise transport and enhance skills and employment initiatives along one of the UK’s most important transportation routes.
